Strangely, the endeavor I’m most proud of these past two years I’ve yet to write about; false modesty? Laziness? Overthinking and perfectionism? Yes, yes and yes.
By the way, thank you for being with me in this space. After an initial flurry of back-burner posts I got busy with “work” as springtime arrived. I’m happy to be back with you all.
So, the thing I’m most proud of . . . the thing that has kept me going, kept me sane, made me smarter, set my mind ablaze, deepened a precious, lifelong friendship, and what feels like actual resistance for the first time in my life? The Terrain Theory Podcast: a freewheeling, weekly natural health and wellness show co-hosted by myself and my best friend, Ben Hardy, that documents our health odyssey and brings on brilliant thinkers, healers and counter-culture heroes from the health freedom space. It’s a gift, it’s a blessing and it’s the ride of a lifetime.
Last week Ben and I were in the interviewee seats for a change as guests on Vermont Independent’s Plan V-TV with two time TT guest, stalwart listener, inspirational breath coach and co-founder of OurGeoengineeringAge.org, Dr. Rob Williams.
For someone new to the terrain model this interview may serve as a good launching off point—I even sent it to my mom.
*UPDATE* apologies, this video (and the entire Vermont Independent channel) was scrubbed from the internet by our thought police overlords. Onwards! However i did screen capture this clip and post it on insta

Beautifully done! Hooked up to your podcast as well. Some friends and I were talking about this exact subject yesterday and here it comes up on my Substack feed, there are no coincidences! Shared with said friends and others. Thank you for sharing your work.
